There are many ways you can follow and practice.

I love Reiki and its traditional teaching originally from Japan.

Reiki teaching and practice were created for the public without harsh training.

That's why everyone can do Reiki.

We don't need to polish a rough stone hard into the diamond if you know what I mean.

Since when our life became so difficult? The way of life was simple.
