The news of Humboldt Broncos bus crash “hits home”.

Countless young athletes and their families travel from game to game or tournament to tournament.

As a mother of two teens who have participated in team sports, this tragedy hit me deeply. My heart aches every time when I think of those parents who lost their child. I cannot imagine what these parents are going through.

How is it possible to move on? How can they bounce back?

There is no way I can contact them and comfort them. However, we can honour the players by living our life fully the same as those players did.

I am committed to spreading the Reiki teaching to help others discover or reclaim their vitality for life and find peace in the mind, body and spirit.

Sue
