StartFragment

Grief presents in different ways for different people. For some, grief is associated with feelings of sadness, anxiety and guilt.

For others, there can be anger, betrayal or indifference. There can be a number of physical symptoms like crying, sighing, stomach upset, weakness, poor sleep and fatigue. People can have certain thoughts such as denial, disbelief, relief or acceptance.

The certain things such as photos, items, places or smell become reminders of the loved one and can bring back grief.

Most people can recover from it with social support, good self-care, and the passage of time.

However, if you have trouble functioning longer than a month, please come and talk to me.

Reiki treatment helps.

"Death is a purifying (healing) process as far as the body is concerned.

We have reason to believe that the appearance of old age will disappear.

We have every reason to believe that the spirits of mankind and all other creatures were in a perfect form in the spirit world."
